PIANO STUDY
Private lessons, are scheduled
once a week and are either 1/2 hour , 45 minutes or an hour long.
Several holiday related performance-parties are scheduled throughout the year, to enable the children to be at ease among their peers, siblings, and friends. Parents are invited to hear their children perform on one of several recitals in June, which are short and festive. The ambience is casual with an underlying decorum of respect for each performer.
Importance is given to scheduling friends and partners to come on the same night.
There are five other teachers on the staff, who were carefully chosen for their diverse and distinct qualities they bring to the program. When meeting with a prospective student, which teacher can offer the best for your child, is foremost in our mind.
Some things never change when it comes to practicing: It is the heart of continued success. Parents are asked to provide a specific time each day and an appropriate atmosphere for the instructions on the lesson plan. A minimum guideline is usually 20 minutes for beginners, and two 20 minute periods or one 1/2 period for more advanced.
Music and other teaching materials will be distributed throughout the year and billed for periodically. It runs about $60.
Please deduct $10.00 off of each payment which is paid on time. Families who recommend others who take lessons with us, will be awarded $25.00 on the following tuition bill in appreciation for your kindness.
